CAPTIVE EDDIES

Captive Eddies is an original band from Florida that blends diverse genres, including rock, reggae, folk, blues, and bluegrass, often centered around "conscious lyrics" intended to uplift listeners. The group was founded by twin brothers Leaf and Deva Blanchard, who began their musical journey together at age 13 and later studied under guitarist Richy Stano for five years to refine their songwriting. The core lineup was solidified over 12 years ago when they were joined by Eddie Fields, a blind multi-instrumentalist and master percussionist whose immediate chemistry with the brothers made him an integral part of the band's identity.

Throughout their career, the band has performed across the United States, from Florida to California, and has built a repertoire of over one hundred original songs.
