Jessie Taylor

Jessie Taylor is a Hatteras Island violinist, guitarist, vocalist, composer, and educator who founded A Major Harmony in 2012. With more than three decades of violin experience, she has performed in symphonic, rock-band, wedding, event, and studio settings while developing original songs and arrangements of music from classical repertoire to contemporary favorites. Taylor also founded Hatteras Island Community Strings, a nonprofit that provides free string instruction and community performance opportunities, extending her work as a teacher of more than twenty-five years.
